E-governance - A Revolution

Electronic Governance is definitely a revolution in the history of Indian government. This is something which seems impossible few year back. But today it is a reality; we all can enjoy and make our lives much more comfortable and relaxed.

What is e-governance? This is the application of information and communication technology (ICT) for delivering government services to the citizens in a convenient, efficient and transparent manner. There are four basic models i.e. government to citizens, government to employees, government to government and government to business.

Intel is one of the top most innovative technology companies. They always focus on betterment of work process. They are giving complete support to the government to have a dream of #Digital India.

Government should be applauded for taking such initiative as this will transform India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy. This will not only provide access, equity and empowerment to the masses but also give transparent, affordable and efficient public service delivery closer to the door of citizens.

The main focus area of e-governance is to confer public service delivery, connected government, integrated application systems, participatory and democratic governance and capacity building. It will provide single window access point for citizens to avail government services both informational and transactional through Internet availability.

Today not only urban but rural areas have an excess of internet facilities which is blessing in disguise. Now each and every citizen will have a right to use this service wherein they can get information, submit their application, make their payment, check their status and even complain online without standing in a long queue. This in turn increase their productivity and efficiency and leads to better economic growth of our country.

In a country where there is a corruption in every step of life, e-governance is an absolute boon. Corruption has been cited as one of the most prevalent and persistent challenges in enhancing economic growth and improving quality of citizens across the globe. But with the help of e-governance, corruption can be reduced as there will be less interaction with official, speeding up of decision and reducing human errors.

“Transparency is the key to e-governance and e-governance is the only way of transparent governance” - NaMo.

Edge of the World : Poetry

This Post has won "WOW "Badge  from Blogadda

When the day ends and night begins
When love fails and hatred wins
Thats when you know , you have come to the edge of the world

When rich becomes richer and poor becomes poorer
When corruption is on the top of the minds
Thats when you know, you have come to the edge of the world

When a child lies and the mother cries
When a lover cheats and infidelity remains
Thats when you know, you have come to the edge of the world

When cruelty wins over goodness
When revenge wins over forgiveness
Thats when you know, you have come to the edge of the world

Lets wake up from this gloomy life
And make this world a place of joyful ride
Thats when NO one will come to the edge of the world

Festivals..our culture : Poetry

India is a land full of festivals
The year begins with a new year
Every life remains busy sending cards to nears and dears
Joy seems unlimited, time seems to fly
Like the enjoyment child gets seeing a butterfly

Diwali is the festival of lights
Which brings happiness in our lives
Holi is a festival of colours
When everyone dances on the tunes of drumers
Saraswati puja is especially done for the children
As they are considered as a god's children

Ganesh chaturthi and Durga Puja brings happiness
When people cross the boundary of madness
Karvachauth and Teej  is a festival of fasting
When women pray to god for husbands long life lasting
Birth of Krishna is celebrated as Janmashtami
When all the gwala's breaks the matki

These are some and there are many other
Which makes our life colourful like a multicoloured feather
The written festivals are some noted
But there are so many which can't be jotted

My Teacher- My inspiration

My teacher is my role model; she is a god send messenger,

She is one to whom I can never lie, she is one who never wear disguise

She is one who cares for me, someone who teaches me forgiveness & correctness

Thank you for lending an ear, when I had things to say

Thank you for showering love on me, when no one seemed to care

You fill my heart with moments of gold; I lack the words to let you know how much you mean to me

But I profusely thank god for you until the eternity

The World Remade

When I was a kid I used to watch a show called “I Dream Of Gini” and used to wish lots of silly things, but today I really wish to have a Gini who can make this world a beautiful place to live. But this is a world of dreams and no one can live here for long. Reality is too harsh.

When I sit back and think what I would like to change in this world than the list is endless.

I want a world with full of positivity
I want a world where there is equality
I want a world where women are respected
I want a world where there is no hatred
Corruption, Scandals, Rape and what not
Let’s end this and put a full stop
Let’s live in a world where there is peace and Harmony

But do you think this is possible? It is difficult but surely not impossible. Our society is divided into many classes say it poor, rich, middle class and upper middle class. Each of them has different social, psychological, esteem, security and self actualization needs. We have to cater to each one of them and address their need differently.

Swachh Bharat was initiated by our own Prime Minister and lot of people contributed towards it. Even in my locality some of the social workers have come and cleaned the place where people generally dump their waste. It also got published in the newspaper with photographs. But within few days people again started throwing waste and made it dirty once again.

What does it show? It’s the attitude and behaviour of the people which has to be changed. It is not just the responsibility of government but each one of us should contribute towards making this world a better place to live.
Let’s take a oath, that we all will work towards building a happier and healthier nation.

Women are a pillar of strength, who cares till endless length

Women are a priceless treasure, whose love we can never measure

Women are a symbol of emotions, who never have preconceived notion

Women are a bundle of joy, whose presence we all enjoy

Women are full of dignity, who has this amorous quality

Women are a sign of love, who always want to be loved

Women are  beads of courage, who has a strength of goddess

Respect her, Love her, & Treat her like a Princess !!

Coming of Spring : Poetry

This post has won WOW Badge from Blogadda :)

image

Spring reclaims our joyful mood as winter ends,
Treating us to vivid colours this season sends

Enjoying heavenly floral scent that garden brings
Wealth is seen in all the colours of sweet spring.

Warm winds blow through leafy trees,
Blossoms float down on swirling breeze.

Green surrounds us, wherever we see,
Enjoying the rebirth of earth, revitalized are we.

Gardens start growing, oh thank god its finally spring!!
